Universities together with start ups are building the next generation of unmanned and intelligent equipment for the marine and maritime sector. Various government aganecies in the UK, the EU, USA and other countries including are offering awards to cover a large percentage of the research and development costs of new unmanned, robotics and autonomous equipent in the marine sector.
